An employer is a person or organization who has submitted a job order to Professional Employment Services in order to interview applicants for available job openings. We, Professional Employment Services provides our services on an Employer Paid Fee Basis Only. Placement fees will be charged at a set percentage rate of the position's estimated total compensation for the first year. There is no charge to the employer in interviewing; the charges commence only when an offer is extended to an applicant and he/she begins employment.
